THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (THE ORCHARD, TULLIBODY) (STOPPING-UP) ORDER 2022

Clackmannanshire Council has made an Order under Section 68(1) (a) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 on 23 June 2020, which will be to stop-up the section of road as detailed in the Schedule hereto for increased safety for pedestrians accessing Tullibody South Campus and to stop through traffic on The Orchard as it is no longer used by a bus service. The road will be removed from the list of adopted roads.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act of that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from  24^th March 2022  apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
