THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (ERSKINE STREET, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2021
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 3rd November 2021.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Monday 6th December 2021 until 1800 hours on Wednesday 8th December 2021, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required to create a safe working area to allow CJT to carry out essential duct overlay works on behalf of Openreach.
