THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL  (PARK PLACE, DOLLAR)  (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2021

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 6^th October 2021.

The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 1730 hours until 2000 hours on Saturday 6^th November 2021 (contingency is Sunday 7^th November 2021 and Saturday 13^th November 2021), on the section of roads described in Schedule.   The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is necessary for public safety during the fireworks display.  Access will be maintained for residents, emergency services and pedestrians.
