THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (BANK STREET, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY NO PARKING) ORDER 2021
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 15th September 2021.
The effect of this Order shall be to suspend parking:-
The period from 0800 hours on Monday 11th October 2021 for a period of one week, on the section described in the Schedule attached. The temporary no parking is necessary during the works further down Bank Street.
