THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2021
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 15th September 2021.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Monday 4th October 2021 for a period of one week (Schedule 1) and from 0800 hours on Monday 11th October 2021 for a period of one week (Schedule 2), on the section of roads described in Schedules 1 and 2. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is necessary to complete the construction of raised tables and other associated works.
