THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (EAST STIRLING STREET, ALVA) (TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2021
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 30th August 2021.
The effect of this Order shall be to close to pedestrians:-
The period from 0000 hours on Monday 20th September 2021 until 1700 hours on Wednesday 29th September 2021, on the section described in the Schedule attached. The temporary closure is necessary for new footway construction.
