THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (STIRLING STREET, ALVA) (TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2021
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 30th August 2021.
The effect of this Order shall be to close to pedestrians:-
The period from 0800 hours on Tuesday 21st September 2021 until 1700 hours on Friday 24th September 2021, on the section described in the Schedule attached. The temporary closure is necessary for connection of 9 new water supplies for the assisted living apartments.
