THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY ROLLING ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2021

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 21st July 2021.

The effect of this Order shall be to close to vehicles:-

The period from 1100 hours until 1300 hours (Schedule 3) and 1430 hours until 1630 hours (Schedule 4) on Saturday 21st August 2021, on the section described in Schedules 3 and 4. The temporary closure is necessary for STORM (10 metre puppet event) to pass safely through the streets during the event on Saturday 21st August 2021.

SCHEDULE 3

List of Roads

Section of road over which a temporary rolling road closure will be applicable from 1100 hours until 1300 hours on Saturday 21st August 2021.

Lime Tree Walk

West Side – for its entirety, a distance of 260 metres or thereby

Broad Street

West Side – for its entirety, a distance of 265 metres or thereby.

Stripehead

For its entirety, a distance of 60 metres or thereby.

Bedford Place

From its junction with Stripehead westwards until its junction with Church Street, a distance of 48 metres or thereby.

Church Street

From its junction with Bedford Place northwards until its junction with Glebe Terrace, a distance of 211 metres or thereby.

Glebe Terrace

For its entirety, a distance of 126 metres or thereby.

Ludgate

From its junction with Glebe Terrace northwards until its junction Marshill, a distance of 150 metres or thereby.

Marshill

For its entirety, a distance of 182 metres or thereby.

Mar Place

From its junction with Marshill northwards until its junction with the access to the Town Hall car park, a distance of 98 metres or thereby.

For its entirety, a distance of 285 metres or thereby.

Mill Street

For tis entirety, a distance of 195 metres or thereby.

Bank Street

From its junction with Mill Street southwards until its junction with Union Street, a distance of 90 metres or thereby.

Union Street

For its entirety, a distance of 42 metres or thereby.

Coalgate

For its entirety, a distance of 100 metres or thereby.

Mar Street

For its entirety, a distance of 240 metres or thereby.
