THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (A907 CLACKMANNAN ROAD, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2021
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 6th July 2021.
The effect of this Order shall be to reduce the speed limit to 10mph:-
During the period from 0100 hours on Monday 2nd August 2021 and will remain in operation until 2359 hours on Friday 3th August 2021, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary speed restriction is necessary during carriageway resurfacing works. The restriction will only effect in relation to such part or parts of the lengths of road as are indicated by the appropriate traffic signs and during the periods corresponding to those lengths or road specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
