THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL  (A91 DOLLAR TO POOL O’MUCKHART)   (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2021

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 23^rd June 2021.

The effect of this Order shall be to reduce the speed limit to 40mph:-

During the period from 0800 hours on Monday 19^th July 2021 and will remain in operation for a period of 8 months, on the section of roads described in Schedule.   The temporary speed restriction is necessary for safety during the removal of timber by Tilhill.  The restriction will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the lengths of road as are indicated by the appropriate traffic signs and during the periods corresponding to those lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice
