THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (A907 CLACKMANNAN BYPASS) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2021
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 10 May 2021.
The effect of this Order shall be to reduce the speed limit to 10mph:-
During the period from 0730 hours until 1600 hours on Sunday 30 May 2021, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary speed restriction is necessary to carry out some minor remedial works. The restriction will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the lengths of road as are indicated by the appropriate traffic signs and during the periods corresponding to those lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
