THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (ALLOA ROAD, CLACKMANNAN AND KENNET)
NOTICE OF EMERGENCY TEMPORARY 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of road described in the Schedule attached hereto, will be subject to a temporary 20 MPH speed limit from 0800 hours on Monday 6th April 2021 until 1600 hours on Friday 23rd April 2021. The temporary 20 mph speed limit is required due to increased traffic during the works on the A907.
