THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (UPPER MILL STREET AND GLASSFORD SQUARE, TILLICOULTRY) (WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2021
The Clackmannanshire Council has made an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf on 29 March 2021. FULL DETAILS of this Order are as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 10 February 2021, and will designate the section(s) of road(s) described in the Schedule where waiting, loading and unloading restrictions will apply to increase visibility at the junctions of Upper Mill Street and Glassford Square, Tillicoultry.
A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 7 April 2021 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
