THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (UPPERMILL STREET, TILLICOULTRY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2021
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14th January 2021.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0930 hours until 1830 hours on Monday 22nd February 2021, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is necessary to create a safe working area to carry out essential ironwork repairs.
