THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (MIDDLETON, MENSTRIE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2020
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 16th December 2020.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Monday 25th January 2021 for a period of 2 weeks, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is necessary for carriageway resurfacing. Access for residents will be maintained.
