THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (HILLFOOTS ROAD, MENSTRIE TO ALVA) (EXPERIMENTAL VEHICLE PROHIBITION ORDER) ORDER 2020
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Sections 9 and 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 18th November 2020.
The effect of this Order shall be to close to vehicles:-
The period from 0800 hours on Monday 7th December 2020 for a period of 18 months, on the section described in the Schedule. The experimental order is required for the purpose of road safety and the prohibition is to include that all vehicles except for access for residents who have the code for the bollards.
