THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (WEST BURNSIDE, DOLLAR) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2020
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 9th November 2020.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Monday 7th December 2020 until 1700 hours on Friday 11th December 2020, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is necessary to create a safe working area to allow KN Circet to carry out essential duct installation works on behalf of Openreach.
