THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2020
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 19th October 2020.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 1040 hours until 1110 hours on Sunday 8th November 2020, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required to facilitate a Remembrance Day Wreath laying ceremony in lines with COVID restrictions and for the safety of participants.
