THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (BACK ROAD, DOLLAR) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2020
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 3rd September 2020.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Monday 21st September 2020 until 1800 hours on Wednesday 23rd September 2020, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is necessary to create a safe working area to allow KN Circet to carry out essential blockage clearance works on behalf of Openreach.
