THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (PRIMROSE STREET, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2020
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 7th July 2020.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Monday 17th August 2020 for a period of 2 weeks of until works are complete whichever is soonest, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is necessary to allow the installation of a new sewer connection.
