CLACKMANNAN TO KENNET
NOTICE OF EMERGENCY TEMPORARY 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of road described in the Schedule attached hereto, will be to reduce the speed to 20mph from 0800 hours on Monday 27th July 2020 for a period of 3 weeks or until works are complete whichever is soonest. The emergency temporary 20mph speed limit is required due to an increase in traffic due to the closure of the A907.
