THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (FORTH CRECENT, ALLOA) (STOPPING-UP) ORDER 2020
Clackmannanshire Council has made an Order under Section 68(1) (a) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 on 23 June 2020, which will be to stop-up the section of road as detailed in the Schedule hereto as the land has been sold for development purposes. The road will be removed from the list of adopted roads.
FULL DETAILS of this Order is as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 19 February 2020, and a copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relevant plan is available below.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act of that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from 23 June 2020 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
