THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES)(REGULATION OF USE) AMENDMENT NO. 2) ORDER 2020
Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Sections 32(1), 35(1) and 112, and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), on 31 March 2016 to regulate off-street parking places within Clackmannanshire. This Order amends "The Clackmannanshire Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Regulation of Use) Order 2014" and “The Clackmannanshire Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Regulation of Use) (Amendment No. 1) Order 2016 by amending the off-street parking on the west side of King Street Car Park, Alloa, as that section has been removed and the King Street Car Park reduced in size due to land ownership changes. The Order is as advertised in the Alloa Advertiser on 12 February 2020.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 9 March 2020, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
