THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (LORNSHILL CRESCENT, ALLOA) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2020
The Clackmannanshire Council has made an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf on 9 March 2020.
FULL DETAILS of this Order are as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 12 February 2020, and will designate the section(s) of road(s) described in the Schedule where waiting restrictions will apply to ensure that access can be maintained for residents and emergency services vehicles and to prevent obstruction by parked vehicles.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 9 March 2020 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
