THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (PARKING SPACES FOR DISABLED PERSONS) (REVOCATION NO. M4 ELMBANK, MENSTRIE) ORDER 2019

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order on 19 July 2019.

The Order is as published in the Alloa Advertiser on the 8 May 2019 which will remove the disabled persons parking space no. M4 located on Elmbank, Mesntrie as it is no longer required. A copy of the order together with a copy of the relative plan is available below or may be examined at the Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Kilncraigs, Alloa, FK10 1EB, or any other Council Library / Community Access Point during normal office hours free of charge.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 7 August 2019, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
