THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (MAIN STREET, CLACKMANNAN) (ONE-WAY TRAFFIC) ORDER 2019
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 9 and 10(2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 1 March 2019.
FULL DETAILS of this Order is as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 16 January 2019, and will designate the sections of roads described in the Schedule as a One Way Traffic System which is required to reduce traffic congestion within the area. The Order will come into effect on 22 March 2019.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 13 March 2019 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
