THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (COBLECROOK GARDENS, ALVA) (TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE AND TEMPORARY NO PARKING RESTRICTION) ORDER 2018
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 26th September 2018.
The effect of this order is that the footway will be closed and there shall be no parking at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Monday 22nd October 2018 until 1600 hours on Friday 26th October 2018 or until works are completed whichever is soonest, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary footway closure and the temporary no parking is necessary for resurfacing works.
A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below or may be examined at Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Kilncraigs, Alloa, FK10 1EB, and any Council Office/Library, during normal office hours free of charge.
