THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL   (THE BRAES, TULLIBODY)   (TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE AND TEMPORARY NO WAITING OR LOADING RESTRICTION) ORDER 2018

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 8^th August 2018.

The effect of this Order is that the footway will be closed and there shall be no waiting or loading at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Monday 3^rd September 2018 for a period of one week or until works are completed whichever is soonest, on the section described in Schedule. The temporary footway closure and the temporary no waiting or loading restriction is required to allow resurfacing works to take place and for the safety of the workforce.

A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below or may be examined at Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Kilncraigs, Alloa, FK10 1EB, and any Council Office/Library, during normal office hours free of charge.
