THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (DELPH WYND AND RANKINE WYND, TULLIBODY) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2018
The Clackmannanshire Council has made an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf on 20 April 2018.
FULL DETAILS of this Order are as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 21 March 2018, and will designate the section(s) of road(s) described in the Schedule where waiting restrictions will apply to ensure emergency vehicle access can be maintained at all times.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 11 May 2018 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
