Connect2 is a community-based charity in Forth Valley offering long-term, person-centred support for people experiencing issues such as substance use, mental health challenges, and complex life circumstances. The service takes a relational approach, walking alongside individuals over time to build trust, resilience, and positive change. Support includes outreach in the community, recovery support, education and prevention work, and connection to other local services. It is open to anyone, regardless of background or beliefs.
