| Description |
This service is for children, young people, and young adults (up to age 35) with disabilities or additional support needs, as well as their families. Provides group activities, one-to-one support, and short breaks to help individuals build confidence, develop independence, and take part in social and community life. Support includes play sessions, youth groups, adult activities, and family support, helping reduce isolation and improve wellbeing for both individuals and their carers.
