The aim of the Bellfield Centre is to give encouragement, support and confidence in people to learn or re-learn the skills needed to be as independent as possible. The focus is on working together to assess what you can do, rather on what you aren’t able to do. The purpose of the Bellfield Centre is to provide a short term assessment, by a team of trained staff in providing health and social care with a rehabilitation approach to help people to return to live at home or in their own community. |
