An online survey has been launched to collect feedback which will shape the future of face-to-face customer services at the Council’s corporate headquarters building.

The public reception at Kilncraigs in Alloa has been closed since March 2020. While there was a significant shift to digital and telephony based customer service during the pandemic, with many services now delivered differently, there is a need to review the role of reception as the front line for all visitors into Kilncraigs.

There is now an opportunity to review how the Council delivers customer services which best suits the needs of customers and services, and which also make the best use of the Council’s assets and resources.

A number of different options are being considered. However, before any new model is implemented it is vital that the Council gathers feedback from services and customers to shape the future of face-to-face customer services at Kilncraigs.

Feedback can be provided via an online survey.Paper surveys are available in our libraries and a number of community buildings and local businesses.
