- Every Thursday 2-5pm at Alva Baptist Church, 1 The Green, FK12 5JQ
- Tea and coffee, mutual aid, a quiz and a lot of fun and laughter
UK SMART Recovery is a therapeutic programme of training using science based techniques to help people recover/abstain from any type of addictive behaviour.
Learn to use the tools and strategies from the UK SMART 4 point programme and apply them in your recovery journey.
