Come along to our weekly hubs throughout the summer holidays and find out more about who we are and how we can help you.
The hubs provide an informal drop-in service in local community settings for all family members and carers.
We can help you to find a specific activity or group for yourself, a family member, or children/young people in your family. We can also make a referral on your behalf if you require one.
If you are unsure what you or your family member needs, pop in for a cuppa and a chat. We can discuss the options.
