Due to high demand, the service will endeavour to respond to your application within 7 days and provide you with an appropriate time slot.
A maximum of one booking per household and associated vehicle is permitted per week for larger vans/trailers if from the same household.
Hire Vans
If hiring a van, please do not make any arrangements until you have received confirmation of a slot being booked.
Personal/Borrowed/Logo Vans
If you own/borrow a work vans and have any associated materials to the type of company (i.e, a plumbing company with radiators or plumbing materials) this will not be permitted as this is classed as commercial waste and you will need to pay for a Traders Tipping Ticket.
Weight
The gross weight should not exceed 3.5 tonnes. This limit includes the vehicle, contents, passengers and any trailer.
No Mixed Loads
Soil and rubble are to be separated and free from all contaminates or offloading will be refused and another booking will be required.
