Sport and Leisure Online Booking FAQs

When logging into our online membership portal where you can manage your account and make bookings, these frequently asked questions may assist in any initial difficulties you are facing:

Q: I don’t know how to login?

A:

  • Go to the online membership portal
  • Click Login/Register
  • Click Forgotten Password
  • Enter your email address and then click Send Reset Email
  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Once reset you can login. 

Q: I don’t know what email address I use to login?

A: You will need to request what email address is stored on your membership.

  • Phone the Leisure Helpline 01259 213131 or email leisurebookings@clacks.gov.uk
  • Request the email address stored on your membership
  • If you do not have an email address stored, you will be asked to provide one
  • Go to the online membership portal
  • Click Login/Register
  • Click Forgotten Password
  • Enter your email address and then click Send Reset Email
  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Once reset you can login.

Q: When I login, I can’t see all my membership types

A: They might not be registered under the same email address

  • Contact the Sport and Leisure team who will be able to update all your membership types (including any junior memberships in your family) to use the same email address
  • Go to the online membership portal
  • Click Login/Register
  • Click Forgotten Password
  • Enter your email address and then click Send Reset Email
  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Once reset you can login.

Q: When I login, I can’t see my children’s memberships

A: They might not be registered under the same email address

  • Contact the Sport and Leisure Team who will be able to update all your membership types (including any junior memberships in your family) to use the same email address
  • Go to the online membership portal
  • Click Login/Register
  • Click Forgotten Password
  • Enter your email address and then click Send Reset Email
  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Once reset you can login.

Q: I want to create an Access to Leisure membership online but I can’t see how to do it?

A: New Access to Leisure membership must be done face-to-face, as documents are required to prove eligibility.

To do this, you must visit one of our facilities with evidence of age/income/disability/student status.

Q: I’m logged it but I don’t know how to make a booking

Q: I want to cancel a booking but it won’t let me online

A: You can only cancel zero price bookings online (for example if you have a monthly gym pass).

For all other bookings this can be done over the phone, subject to Terms and Conditions.
