If you'd like to learn more about support available to start your own business, or you're running an existing enterprise and want to find out more ways to help develop your business, then an event in Alloa might help.
The drop-in event will take place on Thursday 6 March between 4.00 and 6.00pm at the Alloa campus of Forth Valley College, and is organised by the Clackmannanshire Local Employability Partnership.
Local agencies will be on hand to give advice on services including:
- Business Support - from starting up to developing your business
- Support to prevent / manage redundancies
- Support to recruit new staff and how to access recruitment incentives
- Support to develop and upskill your existing staff including managing stress in the workplace
- How to provide work placement opportunities for young people and unemployed adults
Services and organisations including Business Gateway, Clackmannanshire Works, DWP/Jobcentre Plus, Forth Valley College, Integrated Mental Health Service and Skills Development Scotland will be at the event to provide information and advice.
