Following the success of the inaugural programme last summer, Zest returns this Easter.

The programme of activities has something for all young people aged from three to 16. As well as football, swimming, athletics, hockey, gymnastics and golf, there is a Carnival of Sports from 12th - 16th April and a programme for young people with additional support needs.

The full programme runs from 5th to 18th April and is in venues across Clackmannanshire. Zest is linked to the Asda Sporting Chance initiative, where sports vouchers worth £2.50 can be downloaded from their website and redeemed against a one hour session. There are a limited number of places available each week.

Councillor Bobby McGill spokesman for sport, said, "The Zest programme is so varied that there's something for everyone to enjoy. Many of the activities are free, but we ask people to book in advance if possible."

There are still places available: check out the programme on ClacksWeb and book by calling 01259 213 131.
