Joint Community Council Forum
The purpose of the Joint Community Council Forum is
- to promote dialogue between the community councils in Clackmannanshire about issues affecting the community councils at a county-wide level;
- to encourage co-operation and the development of a shared approach to common interests;
- to share good practice, information and ideas; identify overlaps and links with other groups and work towards the maximisation of resources;
- to enhance the role and status of Community Councils in Clackmannanshire and ensure the stance of the Community Councils is included in the community planning process;
- to provide a mechanism by which the community councils can collectively raise matters of common interest with Clackmannanshire Council and vice versa;
The Joint Community Council Forum meets quarterly.
