PiYo is inspired by pilates and yoga but don't expect to hold long poses.
During class you will use dynamic movements to raise the heart rate as you work up a sweat all by using low impact moves.
The perfect class to tone your body, stretch your muscles, increase flexibility and improve balance.
The various stretches and movements are ideal if you are sitting for long periods of time each day as it addresses imbalances and improves posture.
Everyone needs to stretch...PiYo makes it fun!
