The community asset transfer request received from Tullibody St Serf's FC for a long term lease of Banchory Park (The Coosie) was withdrawn by the applicant on 22 September 2023. Accordingly, it will not go forward to Committee for a decision.
A community asset transfer request from Dollar Community Development Trust for ownership of the former Dollar CAP/ library and grounds was approved by Council's Place Committee on 11 November 2021.
The community asset transfer request from CSTI for ownership of the Glebe Hall, Alloa for ownership of the property for use as an office base, meeting space, volunteer drop-in service and for the provisions of services to the community was refused by Council's Place Committee held on the 1st of December 2020.
