THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (DELPHWOOD CRESCENT, TULLIBODY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2026
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 3rd September 2026.
The effect of this Order is that there will be temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading during the period from 07:30 hours on Monday 28th September 2026 until 16:00 hours on Saturday 10th October 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order is necessary for carriageway resurfacing. Week 1 is iron work replacement with limited access and week 2 is resurfacing with no access during the day. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
