THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALVA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING) ORDER 2026
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 13th August 2026.
The effect of this Order is that there will be temporary no parking during the period from 08:00 hours on Saturday 19th September 2026 until 12:00 hours on Sunday 20th September 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The temporary prohibition of parking is required for safety during Alva Illuminations. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
