NOTICE OF EMERGENCY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of road described in the Schedule attached hereto, where an emergency prohibition of driving, parking and loading has been in place from 00:00 hours on Thursday 20th August 2026 until 18:00 hours on Monday 5th October 2026. The emergency closure is required for works on behalf of Scottish Water as further investigations are required.
