THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, TILLICOULTRY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING) ORDER 2026
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above-named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 13th August 2026.
The effect of this Order is that there will be temporary parking restriction during the period from 07:00 until 19:00 hours on 10th September 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order is necessary during works by Scottish Water. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
