THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (B9096 ALLOA ROAD, TULLIBODY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING) ORDER 2026
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above-named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 13th August 2026.
The effect of this Order is that there will be temporary no parking during the period from 07:00 until 19:00 hours on 4th September 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order is required to prevent parking while traffic lights are in place for Scottish Water works. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
