THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (B9140 FROM MUIRSIDE ROUNDABOUT TO DUMYAT ROUNDABOUT) (TEMPORARY 10 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2026

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above-named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 13th August 2026.

The effect of this Order is that there will be temporary 10mph speed limit during the period from 07:00 hours on Monday 7th September 2026 until 14:00 hours on Friday 25th September 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order for 10mph speed limit is required for workers safety whilst carrying out carriageway resurfacing. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
