THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (C110 SHAVELHAUGH LOAN, FISHCROSS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2026
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 30th July 2026.
The effect of this Order is that there will be temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading during the period from 07:00 hours on Monday 24th August 2026 until 19:00 hours on Friday 28th August 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order is required for safety of workers laying high friction surface and road markings. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
