THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (PARKING SPACES FOR DISABLED PERSONS) (VARIOUS STREETS, CLACKMANNANSHIRE) (AMENDMENT NO. 4) ORDER 2026

Clackmannanshire Council propose to make an Order under Section 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the said Act of 1984, which will designate these section(s) of road(s) described in the schedule as parking spaces for disabled persons' vehicles

FULL DETAILS of this proposal are in the draft Order which, together with a copy of the relative plan and a Statement of the Council's reasons for promoting the Order is available below for three weeks from Wednesday 5th August 2026, where objectors must state their reasons for objection by Wednesday 26th August 2026.
